Stress Assistance Program (WRASAP)

USDA – Rural Energy for America Program (REAP)

The program provides guaranteed loan financing and grant funding to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems or to make energy efficiency improvements. Agricultural producers may also apply for new energy efficient equipment and new system loans for agricultural production and processing.

Our customers invest in a transparent and inclusive process to generate clean energy and community-centered benefits for a healthy economic and environmental future. Rebates for new and used electric vehicles including agricultural equipment, charger equipment, and even labor associated with installing a charger to existing 3CE customers.

UC Berkeley Cooperative Extension
