Idaho Farm and Ranch Center
The mission of the Idaho Farm and Ranch Center is to collaborate with partners to promote resources and organize efforts that help farmers and ranchers cultivate a viable and resilient agricultural industry. We strive to be a central location for information and help with succession planning, farm stress, financial planning, new and beginning farmers, and veterans in agriculture. Our mission is accomplished by providing workshops, an annual conference, and working with industry partners to collect and distribute resources.

Farm to Farmer
Farm to Farmer is a full service program of Washington Farmland Trust that provides land access to a new generation of farmers. We help farmers find the land opportunities they need to grow their businesses, and help landowners sell or lease their land to keep it in farming. We offer personalized technical assistance to current and aspiring farmers, farming and non-farming landowners, veterans, real estate agents, and organizations looking to expand their incubator or ag park programs.

Headwaters Farm Incubator Program
Headwaters Farm Incubator Program is designed to assist in the development of new farmers. The program involves leasing out sections of East Multnomah SWCD’s Headwaters Farm to motivated, experienced individuals who will use it as a launching pad for their own farming endeavors.

Community Food and Agriculture Coalition
Building a vibrant future for Montana’s farmland, farmers and food system. Our three main program areas work together to ensure that farmlands are conserved, farming remains a viable livelihood, and all Montanans can equally access nutritious, affordable, locally grown food.

Black Oregon Land Trust
We support beginning BIPOC farmers in building foundational skills and accessing supportive trainings, as well as bridging existing Black farmers with resources for funding to support their land stewardship. We are in the beginning stages of developing a network of Black farmers across Oregon to bridge farmers with financial education skills, potential investors and resources, and community mentorship and infrastructure support.
