Stress Assistance Program (WRASAP)
Oregon USDA Agricultural Mediation Program
Six Rivers is Oregon’s USDA Certified Agriculture Mediation Program and is designed to meet the negotiation and conflict resolution needs of agricultural producers in the state of Oregon. Certified Mediation Programs work with Federal Agencies connected to the USDA, including Federal Forest Service, NRCS, FSA, Rural Development and Rural Housing, Risk Management as well as USDA Organic. Agricultural Credit disputes or negotiations are handled here as well as Agricultural foreclosure. Cases involve capturing crop values, commodity pricing, capturing cash flows, collateral values, FSA guaranteed program and financial ratios.

Sierra Harvest
We offer a 14 week ag skills on-farm course in summers, have a 1-2 day intensive farm conference, a 7-week farm business training class, classes on how to get certified organic, support for sales to buyers, advocate locally and state-wide for policies, have farm tours to learn from other farmers and gatherings too.

Rural Tax Education
Working with the USDA Risk Management Agency, the National Farm Income Tax Extension Committee recently created RuralTax.org, an online tool that provides agricultural producers with a source for agriculturally related income and self-employment tax information that is both easy to understand and continually updated to reflect changes in tax laws. Nevada Small Business Development Center
Nevada SBDC guides and assists Nevadans looking to start and grow businesses, with objectives to increase business starts, create and retain jobs, and increase access to capital. One-on-one counseling services are free and confidential. Nevada SBDC also offers and coordinates a wide range of workshops and courses in collaboration with public and private entities. Nevada SBDC works closely with Nevada Dept. of Agriculture.

Ajo Center for Sustainable Agriculture
We provide beginning farmer training, including an incubator farm and incubator market program, plus provide a variety of workshops and technical assistance to farmers, from marketing, financial management and business planning to field practices. We also have a mini-grants program. We specialize on tribal farmers and ranchers, and other socially disadvantaged farmers.
