Free Community Health Seminar

Farmers and agriculture workers, in addition to other Guam residents age 18 and older, are invited to a free seminar focused on prevalent health issues in the community, including diabetes.
Topics will include:

- eating a balanced and nutritious diet
- preventing diabetes and chronic diseases
- coping with and preventing depression
- exercises to combat age-related or diabetic-induced loss of muscle mass.
