Mad Agriculture
Our work begins with farm planning. We dream big about what the land wants to be and how to implement regenerative principles and practices. Putting ideals into action is hard to do. We use a combination of community support, capital and markets to activate regenerative agriculture on the land. Our work learns from and contributes to an emerging and diverse community of funders, practitioners and purchasers. We focus on the Midwest and High Plains of the United States. Exceptions can and will be made.

Border Agricultural Workers Project
BAWP is an organizing effort initiated by Sin Fronteras Organizing Project as an attempt to help farmworkers improve their wages and their working and living conditions. The majority of the border farmworkers work in the multimillion dollar chile industry of Southern New Mexico. The purpose of this project is to promote and protect the civil and human rights of both documented and undocumented agricultural workers. Our commitment is the empowerment of the farmworker community to develop and to implement long-term solutions to the economic and social problems which are the result of the exploitation and oppression of an agricultural system which places profits on top of human dignity.

AgWell
We uplift the lives of America’s producers by wiping out the stigma and shame of asking for help. We connect rural farmers and ranchers to stress management resources including, but not limited to, suicide prevention, substance abuse, general mental health resources, financial resources, and more. Most importantly, we connect agricultural workers to members of their own community who understand the challenges that the agriculture industry faces, and who have been trained to help struggling farmers, ranchers, and other industry workers find help.
