In this live and interactive seminar/webinar you will:

  • Hear stories of agricultural stress in black farmers in the US, East Africa, the Caribbean, and with refugee populations
  • Learn strategies to help navigate cultural tensions with culturally diverse agriculture producers and agricultural workers
  • View examples of cultural humility in a context of building relational trust
  • Understand the history of mental/behavioral health professional’s move away from cultural competence, through cultural sensitivity and into cultural humility
